-Any regularly licensed or ordained minister or priest of any church or religious denomination. Ministers from any state may perform marriage ceremonies, but the ceremony must be performed in Washington. Neither applicant may perform the ceremony.

The short answer to the question is yes. You should invite your officiant to the reception. If your officiant is a friend or close religious figure in your life, it obviously makes sense to have them join for the rest of the party.
